Cancellations  

You may cancel your order at no charge as long as it has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

At Utsaav, we stand by our quality with rigorous quality checks to ensure every product meets high standards. As such, returns and exchanges are generally not allowed. However, if your item arrives damaged due to shipping, you may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

- A clear unboxing video showing the damaged item must be provided.

- Approved cases will receive store credits for future purchases.
